czekanie- jeden z tych dni/waitin'

Od kilku miesięcy tkwię w nowym system spędzania dnia... Budzę się około 10-11.00. Z każdym dniem śpię pare minut dłużej. Wstanie rano jest najcięższe. Zdejmuję maskę BiPAP-u, przełączam rurki łączące koncentrator tlenu z respiratorem. Zostaję z "wąsami" tlenowymi. Nalewam leki do inhalatora. Odstawia BiPAP. Przygotowuje mi śniadanie i wraz z talerzykiem kanapek podaje ok. 35 tabletek i kapsulek. Teraz kolej, żeby sie umyć i ubrać...Trzeba dojść do łazienki. Bracia znoszą do ogrodu kilkunastokilogramowy koncentrator. Mama donosi inhalator. Muszę zrobić kolejną inhalację. Robię inhalację i zasypiam pod kocem. Budzę się
i czas na obiad. "O nie! Znowu jedzenie!"
i śpiew ptaków pomagają mi przetrwać. Pijemy popołudniową kawę. Robi się chłodniej. Muszę się zwijać do domu. Inhalacje. Leki. Biorę moje ciężarki fitness 0,5 kg do ręki i zaczynam machać rękami.

The one of those days

From a few months I am stuck in new system of spending the day... I am waking up about 10-11.00. With each passing day I am sleeping pare of minutes longer. Standing up in the morning is heaviest. I put off BiPAP mask, I am switching tubes linking the concentrator of oxygen with the respirator. I am staying around with "moustache" oxygen. I am pouring medicines into the inhaler. I am including the inhaler. The mum at that time is moving the concentrator away a bit farther from the bed. She is putting BiPAP away,  she is preparing the breakfast for me and with the plate of sandwiches she is giving me about 35 pills. After the inhalation most badly to break for consuming anything. I am sleepy and already ruined all with coming day. I cannot breathe! I don't have powers to move! Above the food for me tears are collecting. I am swallowing everything what I can and I am fed up. Now railways, if only sie to wash and to dress... Need approaches to the bathroom. Dressing is going for me very heavily. It's to short time for many movements to do. I am doing the small make-up. I cannot look on my paleface without make- up. Room and the bed already prepared per day. I lie pare of minutes for getting some rest. There is a summer fortunately and I can leave to the garden. I am putting my weights on to turnips to legs - if only to exercise muscles in the process of walking. Actually I walk in them all day long. Mum is preparing extension leads in order to carry the current on with for the concentrator, which we must put in the garden. Brothers are carryin concentrator to the garden . They are transferring me for moments to cylinders oxygen. I am slowly leaving to stairs and I am descending to the garden. I would never suppose going down the stairs can cost as many of me. Press in lungs and I cannot make the footstep. Its coming off in the end. I am lying down in the shade on the deckchair. Mum is carrying the inhaler. I must do the next inhalation. I am doing the inhalation and I am falling asleep under the blanket. I am waking up and time for the dinner. "Oh no!  Eating again!" Dinner is even harder for having for breakfast than plotting. I am drinking nutrients. Actually I am trying to drink 5 Nutridrink per day, because I know, that with only it I am still holding one's (already low) weight. After the dinner I will look into the laptop computer, perhaps. Then again a few moves of transferring and I am Iing am sleepy for me. I am trying to be as outside as longest. I believe that they are helping me to survive this fresh air, green, the sun and the singing of birds. We are drinking the afternoon coffee. It is getting more coldly. I must curl up home. Inhalations. Medicines. Another duty - for fly to exercise! I am going on the bicycle this way as far as I will withstand. I am looking at the pulse, which to begin with is already 126... I must exercise legs. I must be strong before the operation. I am my weights overcome the fitness 0.5 kg to the hand and I am starting waving my arms. The last duty. To prepare everything around oneself for the night. Angrily I am putting the BiPAP mask on... I think for myself "How many still times will I have to sleep in it ?..." More and more hard nights. We had a few contingencies. So, when suddenly some tube is detaching, when BiPAP is howling to the entire house, when concentrator  is breaking and he is howling, when suddenly he is simply starting sorting oxygen for me and I am starting  to strangle, when almost I am losing consciousness. We are falling asleep with fear. Mum is exchanging beds with the brother in order to be more close me in the room beside.
It is difficult, but we are waiting.
